Cobra Apps File Defrag is a useful utility that performs file based defragmentation. Most defragmentation tools work on an entire disk or individual drives. File Defrag is different as it allows you, using an Explorer style screen, to see defragmentation of every file and folder on each of your disks. Each fragmented file or folder can be individually defragmented.

It will also allow you to defragment what you want file by file or folder by folder rather than being forced to defragment a whole drive as with conventional tools.
